Who are Snus Hotline?

We (Snus Hotline) are a UK retailer of a modern legal nicotine product. The products we retail are in no way manufactured by us! 

What are nicotine pouches / pods?

Nicotine pouches are a new discreet way to enjoy a nicotine sensation. Harm reduced, smoke-free and tobacco-free. They come in a vast variety of flavours with something for everyone! The best part is that the pouches are all white and leave no discolouration on your teeth.

Do I chew it?

No the nicotine is absorbed through the gums when placed under your lip. You don’t need to suck or chew the pouches.

Why am I experiencing a burning sensation?

First-time users might experience a slight burn under the lip which will gradually reduce as the body’s oral system gets used to the product. Depending on the nicotine strength of the product, this burn can intensify. A way of reducing the burn is either to change position of the nicotine pouch or put it on the tongue for a while. You can also sip on a glass of water or spit out the excessive saliva.  

How old do I have to be to purchase Nicotine pods?

The products are aimed at adult smokers and nicotine consumers and we only sell our products to people over the age of 18.

Are these products suitable for you?

The products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. Not recommended for non-smokers. This product may be hazardous to health.

What are the UK shipping methods?

  • 2nd Class - Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays
  • 1st Class - Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays but can take up to 3 days
  • Special Delivery - Arrives the next day including tracking updates
